There are a few things that you need to know when bringing home a new puppy. First, what is the puppy currently eating? We feed all of our pups along with our Mommy’s, Diamond Puppy Food. We recommend feeding puppy food for the first year of the puppy’s life.
If you choose to feed your pup a different food, switch foods gradually, at least a month of mixing current food with new food.
Second, we recommend lot’s of puppy toys! Plastic squeaky toys seem to be the favorite around here. Rope toys are also very popular. We don’t allow puppies to play with rawhides of any kind until they are a little bit older. They are a choking hazzard to puppies.
